Blough Tech’s President, Paul Blough, is a 30 year veteran of the IT industry. Paul focuses on finding ways to apply technology to solve real-world business problems for our clients, offering them fully managed services and solutions.
Paul actively participates in the HTG peer review organization, the premier peer group for the IT industry, and is constantly learning how to apply the latest technology to solve business problems.
Paul is also the pastor of Barnett’s Creek Baptist Church. He is the current president of the Cairo Rotary Club. He and his wife, Kim, are also very involved with foster care and adoption ministries. Bobby Dollar, Blough Tech’s CFO, began his career as a CPA with Richter & Company, PC in 1981, and became a partner with the firm in 1986. He joined a community bank in 1992 and, in addition to other duties, performed audits including annual audits of the IT department. He completed courses and received a certificate in bank IT audit during his tenure with the bank. After the sale of the bank to a large regional holding company in 1999, Bobby became the Director of International Finance for the Global Alliance Joint Venture, an international insurance company with partners including Aegon, NV. In 2001, after assisting in the sale of the company to Aegon, USA, Bobby became Chief Financial Officer for a group of mortgage and real estate investment companies based in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the course of 9 years, Bobby helped lead the group to grow to over 25 companies with over 5,000 employees in 49 states. As CFO, Bobby actively participated in numerous critical IT projects.
Bobby earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Valdosta State University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1981 and a Chartered Global Management Accountant in 2012.
Bobby is active in a number of professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Georgia Society of CPA’s. He is a member of the Information Management and Technology Assurance Section of the AICPA, the premier resource for accounting professionals and CPAs providing information management and technology assurance services.

Chris graduated from Cairo High School in 2004 and has been working full-time in sales ever since. He sold his first computer when he was just three years old, stealing the sale from his Dad when he wasn’t looking. Chris holds many IT sales and technical certifications. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Grady County and is the President elect for 2014-2015. He has leadership training from Leadership-Thomas County and Dale Carnegie. When he’s not helping our clients select IT solutions, you can most likely find him out on the golf course or playing with his son.

Jason is a 2001 graduate of Thomas County Central High School. Jason attended ABAC and has been working at Blough Tech since 2007. Jason has received training from Leadership-Thomas County and Dale Carnegie, as well as certification from ESI.
