Accessibility – “We work when you work! And we
don’t mind being on call 24x7.” We offer telephone, remote and on site
support as needed, Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After hour, weekend
and holiday coverage provided via monitored call back for emergencies only.
Simply call our main number, select the emergency mailbox and our tech on call
will be paged and will call you back shortly.
Availability – “We can be in two places at the
same time!” We staff between 10 and 16 employees depending on workload. We
have multiple technicians with overlapping expertise. In additional all of our
sales staff are trained technicians as well and can fill in as necessary. If a
significant issue or multiple issues arise we can deploy multiple techs in
response. In some crisis situations we have deployed as many as 6 people at a
time, reducing a week long project to a single day.

the IT field. Our technicians hold multiple industry recognized certifications.
We are also always learning from our clients unique needs and are able to cross

Blough Tech is authorized by a wide range of vendors. We have been a certified
partner with Microsoft since 1998. Our vendor partnerships allow us to tap their
vast reservoirs of knowledge and resources to be able to quickly respond to our
clients needs.
Economy – “Our services are surprisingly
affordable.” Compared to a full time on staff tech we are much less than you
would expect to pay for someone with our qualifications. We may not be on site
full time, but we help you design your IT systems to minimize costly downtime.
The actual cost of a qualified, experienced tech can but upwards of $6,500 per
month. This is industry standard.
