Before working with Blough Tech, we had an in-house IT person. We just weren't under contract. We called Blough Tech for any hardware problems, such as not being able to connect to the network. We signed up to have that support available to us. Under contract, we get preferred service rather than calling and having to wait our turn. Knowing Blough Tech is available to us gives us peace of mind; they come right on if we have any problems we see as urgent. We need our system up and working to be able to help our customers. By monitoring our system, Blough Tech has detected potential problems before they turned into major disasters. They have detected viruses, as well as our back-ups not working properly. It has made things easier for me because I can call Blough Tech when the employees have any questions that I cannot answer. In the long run, paying the flat fee per month has been profitable compared to paying the hourly rate. I would recommend the BGuaranteed Managed Service Plan because of the relationship we have established. I know if we have any problems we can depend on Blough Tech to be there.

When we decided to purchase our phone system, we contacted Blough Tech in Cairo for advice. They suggested a system called ESI. The ESI system has plenty of great features like free voice mail, auto attendant and call forwarding, just to name a few. The system is very simple to use and required very little training time for our users to master. Making program changes is easy because the phone attendant walks you through any changes you may need or want. It’s a great system. We at DaniMer Scientific highly recommend an ESI phone system.
